Here at the Kung Fu Schools we pride ourselves on offering every aspect of martial arts training, whether you're looking to improve your self-confidence and self-awareness, or learn physical skill and discover and achieve your potential. We encourage a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere in both the adults and children's classes, and are aware of the importance of developing mental as well as physical strengths.
The children's classes are based around fundamental movement skills, allowing the classes to improve their abilities in other sports and activities, and we have a strong focus on self-discipline and perseverance. All this helps to build concentration and focus alongside martial arts skill.

In short - we believe there is much more to kung fu than just kicking and punching.
