Counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. My aim is to enable you to enhance your life and live it more fully. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy. I am BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.

Specialist Services I have been seeing clients since 1989, in private practice and in various agencies. People come and see me for many reasons, for example, about relationship problems, stress, depression, anxiety, loss, bereavement, low self-esteem, experience of abuse, anger, work problems and addictions. Clients also come for personal development, to get to know themselves better and because they are dissatisfied with their lives.
